About The Artist
I’ve been painting since I can remember. After moving to San Francisco in 1981, I began showing my abstract, mixed media work throughout the Bay Area. My background in costume design, textile design, faux finishing, and home staging has deeply shaped my art. I draw inspiration from ever-changing surroundings, using acrylic, oil, pastel, graphite, and ephemera to create layered, moody surfaces that echo memory and place.
