About The Artist
This process of working with mosaics comes from when I was a kid. I would make jigsaw puzzles. I still do. Each piece is unique and has its own characteristics. As they are combined, they become a unified, meaningful whole. This is how I perceive life, everyone has unique features that form their being. Joined together, we complete the puzzle of existence. One missing piece can destroy unity. We must all complete our piece of the puzzle as fully as possible.
