About The Artist
I am an El Salvadoran/Pipil, polio survivor, Oakland-based artist. My perspectives have been shaped by having been born in El Salvador, raised in the U.S., and being disabled individual. I graduated from the California College of Arts and Crafts in 2002 with Honors, earning an individualized B.F.A. combining Painting and Sculpture.
